Аннотация
Около 100 лет, с тех пор как фибрилляция предсердий (ФП) признана самостоятельной формой аритмии сердца, не ослабевает интерес исследователей, клиницистов и патоморфологов к поиску причин, вызывающих данную аритмию. Внимание к этой проблеме в кардиохирургической клинике объясняется прежде всего высокой частотой ФП в раннем послеоперационном периоде и угрозой развития кардиогенных тромбоэмболий. Проведенные клинические исследования выявили различные факторы риска развития ФП у пациентов, перенесших реваскуляризирующие операции (возраст, АГ, клапанная патология, сердечная недостаточность и т. д.), однако так и не определены основные детерминанты риска развития этого осложнения.
