Аннотация
Фибрилляция предсердий (ФП) часто осложняет ранний послеоперационный период пациентов, перенесших аортокоронарное шунтирование. Несмотря на выявление факторов риска развития послеоперационной фибрилляции предсердий, патофизиологические механизмы данной аритмии остаются до конца не ясными. Обнаружение гистологических изменений предсердного миокарда, связанных с развитием послеоперационной ФП, дает возможность выделить группу высокого риска развития послеоперационной фибрилляции предсердий из общего числа прооперированных пациентов для оптимизации дальнейшей тактики ведения в кардиохирургической клинике
