Аннотация
Операция Pocca из экспериментально-клинической стала операцией выбора, получив распространение во всем мире. Она сопровождается низкой ранней и поздней летальностью, небольшим числом осложнений, а способность к росту аутографта обеспечивает гармоничное физическое развитие ребенка. Прекрасные гемодинамические параметры, устойчивость к инфекции, отсутствие гемолиза и тромбогенности в настоящее время делают аутографт легочного ствола идеально подходящим для замещения пораженного аортального клапана. Наш первый опыт и относительно небольшие сроки наблюдения после операции пока не показали каких-либо тревожных признаков со стороны аутографта и аллографта, а также технической воспроизводимости операции.
