Аннотация
Реваскуляризация миокарда в условиях нормотермии с помощью нормотермического кардиоплегического раствора и нормотермического искусственного кровообращения исключает отрицательное влияние гипотермии, в частности ишемию и реперфузионные повреждения. Метод может быть особенно показан больным, относящимся к группам повышенного риска в плане метаболической и функциональной недостаточности сердца. Внедрение нормотермической хирургии позволит расширить показания к оперативному лечению, снизив показатели летальности.
