Аннотация
Обследованы 50 больных для оценки системной воспалительной реакции в ответ на хирургическое лечение врожденных пороков сердца. Показана зависимость интенсивности и скорости развития воспалительного ответа, степени нарушения баланса между воспалительными медиаторами и их ингибиторами от длительности ИК. Выявлена зависимость между интенсивностью воспалительного ответа и клиническим течением раннего послеоперационного периода, особенности которого могут быть отражением тканевых повреждений воспалительными медиаторами, высвобождающимися после операции с ИК
