Аннотация
Малоинвазивная реваскуляризация миокарда является эффективным методом лечения больных со стенокардией III-IV функционального класса и множественным поражением коронарного русла, позволяя существенно улучшить качество их жизни и физическую активность в отдаленном периоде после операции. Отдаленные результаты МИРМ по методике OPCAB сопоставимы с таковыми при стандартном АКШ в условиях ИК.
