Аннотация
Цель исследования - определить эффективность рентгеноэндоваскулярной хирургии в лечении пациентов с нестабильной стенокардией. С 1998 по 2006 г. в НЦССХ им. А. Н. Бакулева РАМН обследованы 184 больных с нестабильной стенокардией. Всем больным выполнялось стентирование коронарных артерий. Непосредственный клинический успех был достигнут у 176 (95,5%) больных. Выживаемость без серьезных кардиологических осложнений в сроки наблюдения до 6 лет составила 87,2%. Исследование показало, что стентирование у пациентов с нестабильной стенокардией является методом выбора в лечении данной категории больных и одним из самых перспективных и развивающихся направлений в оказании медицинской помощи пациентам с острыми расстройствами коронарного кровообращения
