Аннотация
Для оценки влияния различных методов хирургического лечения и последующей медикаментозной терапии на тяжесть симптомов сердечной недостаточности обследованы 320 пациентов с хронической постинфарктной аневризмой левого желудочка и незначительной или умеренной степенью ишемической митральной недостаточности. Выявлено, что тяжесть дооперационных изменений и полнота их хирургической коррекции в значительной мере определяют течение СН в послеоперационном периоде.
