Аннотация
Приведен опыт выполнения операции Росса у 51 больного с различной патологией аортального клапана. Основная часть операций выполнялась по методике протезирования корня аорты с реимплантацией устьев коронарных артерий, и у 9 больных имплантация легочного аутографта осуществлялась по модифицированной методике W. Angell. На госпитальном этапе погибли 2 пациента (3,9%). Полученные результаты динамического ЭхоКГ-исследования, КТ и объективного исследования больных показали хорошую функцию неоаортального клапана.
