Аннотация
Проведена комплексная оценка ремоделирования левых отделов сердца по данным эхокардиографии, тканевой допплерографии, компьютерной томографии с внутривенным болюсным контрастированием у пациентов с аортальными пороками в разные сроки после операции. Выделены ключевые показатели ремоделирования, получены первые оценки процессов, происходящих в сердце в ответ на протезирование аортального клапана.
