Аннотация
Пренатальная диагностика транспозиции магистральных артерий (ТМА) значимо влияет на исход беременности и постнатальный прогноз. В нашу серию наблюдений вошли 98 случаев ТМА. В 93% случаев радикальная коррекция порока прошла успешно. Послеоперационная летальность составила 7%.
