Аннотация
В НЦССХ им. А. Н. Бакулева РАМН впервые выполнено рандомизированное слепое плацебо-контролируемое исследование сочетанного применения ТМЛР и ангиогенного фактора a-ECGF у больных ИБС с конечной стадией поражения коронарных артерий. Проведенное исследование не дает основания утверждать, что одноразовое интрамиокардиальное введение ФР способствует усилению ангиогенеза.
