Аннотация
С помощью специально разработанного вопросника оценивали соответствие терапии у пациентов, наблюдавшихся в учреждениях первичного звена здравоохранения по месту жительства, существующим сегодня рекомендациям, которые приняты в медицине, основанной на научно доказанных фактах ("evidence-based medicine"). Выявлен низкий уровень мониторинга больных в амбулаторных условиях, а также недостаточно интен сивное медикаментозное лечение такими классами препаратов, как ингибиторы АПФ, бета-адреноблокаторы, статины, и отсутствие соблюдения нефармакологических мероприятий в ведении этих больных.
