Аннотация
Устройства для закрытия пункционных отверстий в последнее время пришли на смену мануальной компрессии и используются для достижения гемостаза в месте артериального доступа при проведении эндоваскулярных процедур. Активные устройства для закрытия пункционных отверстий сокращают время наступления гемостаза, время активизации и госпитализации пациентов, повышают комфорт пациента в послеоперационном периоде. Устройства снижают частоту постпункционных осложнений и позволяют непрерывно проводить антикоагуляционную терапию. Однако активные устройства для закрытия пункционных отверстий имеют ряд ограничений в использовании, в том числе небольшие размеры артерии, заболевания кровеносной и кроветворной систем организма, ожирение, воспалительные заболевания, неконтролируемую артериальную гипертензию и выраженные заболевания периферических сосудов. Устройства могут вызывать ишемию нижних конечностей и инфекцию мягких тканей паховой области, редко встречающиеся при мануальной компрессии. Несмотря на обширное освещение данной темы в современной литературе, безопасность и эффективность отдельных устройств для закрытия пункционных отверстий требуют дальнейшего изучения.
