Аннотация
Оценка риска развития ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС) у пациентов в значительной степени
основана на данных визуализации анатомии коронарных артерий (КА) и наличия дефектов
перфузии. В настоящее время методические пособия рекомендуют осуществлять всестороннюю
анатомо-функциональную оценку, чтобы принять решение о наиболее подходящей тактике
лечения. Так, у пациентов с низким риском ИБС следует назначить консервативное лечение, в то
время как у пациентов с высоким риском, как правило, применяют более агрессивную тактику
лечения. Исследования показали превосходную диагностическую точность совмещенных методов
(позитронно-эмиссионная томография с компьютерной томографией и контрастированием КА)
по сравнению с отдельными методами визуализации. Несмотря на то что метод находит все более
широкое распространение в клинической практике, остаются вопросы о клинической значимости
гибридной визуализации. В данном обзоре проведен анализ литературы, рассмотрены основные
возможности, преимущества, а также отдельные недостатки метода для диагностики ИБС.
