Аннотация
Катетер легочной артерии (катетер Свана–Ганца) был открыт в 1967 г. и вскоре стал одним из самых используемых методов гемодинамического мониторинга, как в отделениях интенсивной терапии, так и во время оперативных вмешательств. Мнения о его эффективности были неоднозначными: одни исследователи считали, что его применение значительно улучшает исходы у пациентов, другие, наоборот, связали его использование со значительными рисками и повышением летальности. На протяжении последних десятилетий проводились многочисленные рандомизированные клинические исследования, изучавшие преимущества и недостатки катетера Свана–Ганца, также разрабатывались новые и менее инвазивные методы мониторинга, что существенно снизило частоту его применения. Однако, несмотря на различные точки зрения и разработку инновационных мониторинговых систем, он являлся и по-прежнему остается «золотым» стандартом оценки гемодинамики. До сих пор, спустя более чем 50 лет, нет единого мнения об эффективности и преимуществах катетера Свана–Ганца.
В данной статье представлены история и международный опыт применения катетера легочной артерии в хронологическом порядке, а также актуальные аспекты относительно эффективности его использования.
