Аннотация
Протезирование аортального клапана во всем мире остается самой распространенной процедурой в хирургии клапанов сердца. Существующие методики имплантирования протезов сопряжены с такими опасными осложнениями, как несоответствие «протез-пациент» и парапротезная
фистула. Эти осложнения, в свою очередь, неразрывно связаны с увеличением госпитальной летальности, снижением качества жизни в послеоперационном периоде и повышением летальности при повторных вмешательствах до 11–25%. Во всем мире широко применяются различные
методики протезирования аортального клапана, позволяющие снизить риск этих осложнений.
Также продолжается совершенствование подходов к хирургической коррекции аортальных пороков. В связи с этим возникает необходимость изучения результатов внедрения новых методов
коррекции пороков аортального клапана.
