Abstract
Introduction. The organizational and medical principles of treatment and secondary prevention of coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients after cardiac interventions are considered.
Material and methods. The study included 514 patients operated on for various forms of CHD for the period from 1984 to December 1, 2015.
Results. The analysis of possible approaches in improving of the remote results of surgical treatment of CHD is carried out: on the basis of development of the protocol of pre-hospital survey; questionnaire of quality of guiding of patients; questionnaires quality of life and a depression, multiple-factor programs of treatment, and also, the reporting under volume and quality of the provided medical care.
Conclusion. The remote forecast of surgical treatment (stenting of coronary arteries, coronary shunting) has to depend on a complex of the following measures: constant reception of the medicinal therapy based on modern clinical references on secondary prophylaxis of complications of cardiovascular diseases; actions for a reduction of the risk factors begun in early terms after expeditious treatment and quality of a medical care.
