Аннотация
Реконструктивные операции на митральном клапане приобретают все большее распространение в хирургии приобретенных пороков сердца. На сегодняшний день многие вопросы хирургического лечения больных с митральной недостаточностью остаются открытыми. Некоторые авторы не признают бесспорной необходимость коррекции митральной недостаточности при аортальном пороке, учитывая ее вторичность по отношению к ведущему заболеванию. Напротив, часть кардиохирургов предпочитают более «агрессивную» тактику в лечении относительной митральной недостаточности, что не во всех случаях является оправданным и увеличивает продолжительность операции, тем самым подвергая пациента излишнему риску. Таким образом, проблема выбора подхода к сопутствующей митральной недостаточности при ведущем аортальном пороке является достаточно актуальной.
