Аннотация
Введение. Целью исследования явилось доказательство преимущества полной артериальной реваскуляризации миокарда по сравнению с реваскуляризацией сочетанием внутренней грудной артерии (ВГА) и вен в показателях отдаленной выживаемости и результатов.
Материал и методы. Был проведен ретроспективный анализ состояния 178 пациентов.
Мы сравнили 8-летнюю выживаемость в двух группах за период с 2000 по 2010 г. Пациенты были разделены на две группы с двумя шунтами и более: 1-я группа - полной артериальной реваскуляризации - ВГА плюс лучевая артерия (n=43) и 2-я группа - одна ВГА
плюс венозные шунты (n=135).
Результаты. Среднее количество шунтов ВГА по группам составило 1,1
