Аннотация
Рандомизированные клинические исследования, в которых оценивали эффективность витамина C в профилактике послеоперационной фибрилляции предсердий (ПОФП) у пациентов, перенесших кардиохирургические вмешательства, позволили предположить, что сам витамин C и комбинированная терапия витамином C с препаратом может предотвращать ПОФП и что витамин C в дополнение к обычной терапии (например, статин, β-блокатор) оказывает более сильное профилактическое действие, чем один витамин С. Кроме того, добавление витамина С было вязано со значительно более короткой продолжительностью пребывания в отделении интенсивной терапии и снижением риска возникновения побочных эффектов. Механизм получения эффекта от приема витамина С при ПОФП до конца не ясен. Однако все больше данных подтверждают, что окислительный стресс и воспаление, вызванные кардиохирургической операцией, играют очень важную роль в патогенезе ПОФП.
