Аннотация
Аномальное отхождение правой коронарной артерии от легочной артерии – редкая врожденная патология, которая диагностируется как у взрослых пациентов, так и у детей. Всего в мире зарегистрировано чуть более 200 случаев. Течение заболевания, особенно в детском возрасте, часто имеет скрытую клиническую картину, но при этом даже у таких пациентов существует риск развития ишемии миокарда и внезапной сердечной смерти. В данной статье обсуждены показания, оптимальные методы и анатомические особенности хирургического лечения патологии. Описан случай хирургической коррекции порока в условиях искусственного кровообращения у бессимптомного пациента раннего возраста.
